The second chance

After a breakout — price closing decisively through a level it had been stuck under, or a breakdown, which is the same break going down through the floor instead — price often returns to kiss the broken level (throwback) before continuing. Entering on the retest instead of the break = better price, tighter stop, cleaner invalidation.
