Naming your leaks
Journaling & Review
A leak is a mistake with a pattern
Everyone makes bad trades. A leak is a bad trade you make repeatedly for the same reason: re-entering minutes after a loss, sizing up to make it back, moving a stop rather than accepting it, cutting a winner early from anxiety. Once a leak has a name and a count, it stops being a character flaw and becomes a specific thing to fix — which is the entire design of Wick's mistake engine. It doesn't tell you that you're undisciplined; it tells you that you sized up after a loss four times this week.
