Reviewing a single trade right after closing it mostly produces emotion. The useful review happens weekly, over the whole batch, looking for what repeats: are the losses concentrated in one symbol, one time of day, one setup, one mood? Individual trades are noise. The repeats are where your actual leaks live, and they only become visible when you look at a set.

Weekly batch review beats reviewing each trade immediately because…
It takes less time
Repeating patterns only become visible across many trades correct
Individual trades don't matter
You're hunting for what recurs. A sample of one cannot show recurrence, and reviewing while the loss still stings mostly produces excuses.
